Appointments & Cancellations

Please note we do require a credit card to reserve all appointments. We do request a 24 hour notice of cancellation. No shows will be charged 50% of service(s) booked. Thank you for understanding that we make our living by reserving time for our clients. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Tipping Etiquette

The customary gratuity for a salon/spa service is 15-20%, at your discretion.
