*You must have 40% of lashes remaining to be considered a fill (less than 20 lashes per eye)- this includes any grown out lashes that need to be removed prior to starting your fill. If you book a fill and show up with less than this, we will have to charge for a full set.

*Please come with your lashes already cleansed and oil free, as cleansing at your service requires extra time and will be an up charge of $15 for the removal and this extra time taken for cleansing will be deducted from your appointment.

*Clients MUST agree not to wear mascara. Mascara destroys the lash extensions and is not able to be properly removed from. If you arrive and mascara is seen on the lashes, they will all be removed and replaced and you will be charged for a full set.

*To keep the integrity of our work and your lashes, we will not perform refill services on lashes that were not done with our salon. If you try to book a fill as a new client, we will have to change that appointment to a full set with a lash removal.

*Please note, full sets take 2-3 hours. Fills take about 45 minutes-1 hour and 30 minutes. Make sure you are aware when booking your appointment so you have enough time.
